There was a little break from the norm for February’s meeting of Saddleworth Networking, as we were invited to Saddleworth Cookery School to try our hand at a spot of bread making.
After a brief brew and catch-up, Cookery School owner Pam Jones, who launched the innovative business venture in 2017, invited everyone to get their hands dirty by making a traditional bread dough to take home and bake. Later there was a chance to make pizza, which was enjoyed by all the attendees at the end of the evening.
Saddleworth Cookery School is located in Warth Mill, Diggle, and hosts a wide range of course for young and old alike, from beginners to budding Gordon Ramsays. You can take a look at the facilities and the range of courses available by visiting the website.
Next month Saddleworth Networking returns to the more usual surroundings of the newly refurbished Dinnerstones. There’ll be a lot less bread, but no shortage of conversation. Hope to see you all there.
